Cost

There are two separate cost elements in participating with Out At Sea: the OAS group participation fee and the passenger fare for the ship. We know this can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for newer participants, so we’re here to help explain what you can expect.

Group Participation Fee

The group participation fee of $40.00 is separate from your cruise ticket, and is paid directly to Out At Sea when you register with the group. The fee covers group costs and materials, such as some seriously sweet group swag sent to you in advance of the cruise, an on-board group photo, group activities/meetings, and more.

At time of booking, please advise the agent if you are an active member of the military, police, firefighter, or EMT services, or if you’re over the age of 55.

fare details

Prices listed indicate the lowest available price for category, subject to change based on cabin selection and inventory availability, or other factors outside of the group’s control. Prices are on a courtesy hold with Royal Caribbean until March 1, 2024, and may increase if booking deposit is made after that date. OAS has no control over the fare increase after this date.

Prices are per person based on double occupancy for the cabin. Increased occupancy may reduce the per person cost overall.

What's Included?

Your cruise fare covers pretty much all of the basics for your onboard experience. This includes 7-night accommodations, meals, entertainment, and most activities on-board the ship for the duration of the cruise.

Specialty meals, drink packages, excursions, and gratuity are extra. Additional information on extra costs will be sent in the months leading up to the event.

Deposits and Final Payment

Need more time to pay the full fare? Not a problem! An initial deposit of $250 per person will lock in your reservation and rate. The remaining payments can be made at your discretion until the final payment deadline of April 1, 2024.

Low Price Guarantee

Royal Caribbean offers a low-price guarantee on all fares until the final payment deadline of April 1, 2024. Should Royal Caribbean offer a price for your cabin type that’s lower than what you’re paying, simply give our booking team a call. Check with our agent at time of booking for more information.

Group booking agents will be working to try and monitor for sales or rate changes and advise group members accordingly.
